Selection Criteria

Current developments in our portfolio include high quality projects based on the Costa del Sol in Andalucía. We only work with the finest designers and architectural studios in Spain, including renowned architects like Antonio Martin whose impressive portfolio includes the prestigious developments of La Perla de La Bahia and La Heredia.

We also work with architects Abelardo and Lidia Bailon, whose work includes luxury developments like Las Alamandas in Nueva Andalucia or Monte Paraiso, and Luis Pavon, whose work includes Cerrado del Aguila and the Marriott Hotel complex.

Our developments are distinguished by their close attention to the finishing touches; all projects are surrounded by landscaped gardens with spectacular views. We focus on every last detail, including for example the decision to use fibre-optic technologies to minimise damage to the environment and provide luxurious lighting effects that add warmth and radiance. Additional facilities that allow for a higher quality of living include under floor heating, security systems, full individual heating and air-conditioning.

The areas we have selected are based on both historic appeal and future demand. Our criteria are based on proximity to popular amenities such as golf, major towns and historic Pueblos. We only choose developments that offer unrivalled views to the coast and mountains and which offer distinctive design and character.
